If I join today can I use the centre immediately?
Yes, as soon as your card is set up you are good to go. This make take 5 minutes and we will require your photo on the card.

Can I buy a membership online?
Unfortunately no, please come to our Reception at Waterside Pool and we will be able to process your membership.

What time can I use the centre?
Please see our online active timetable.

Can I freeze my membership if I go on holiday or am sick?
Unfortunately we are unable to do this, but we ask you speak to a member of the management team.

Do you have lockers?
Yes, please bring a padlock with you, alternatively we have boxes on poolside.

Do I have to join on the 1st of the month?
You can join on any day and date and it will expire on same date of prepaid month. Direct debits can be set up for 1st or 15th month an interim payment will be addded on purchase of membership.

What happens if I lose my card?
You need to report the loss to Waterside immediately. We can issue a replacement the cost is£12.00. Direct debit will need to complete a new mandate.
What parking facilities do you offer?
When you become a member you can purchase a parking pass for a small fee from reception. This entitles you to park along The Esplanade or North Walk. Please see reception for more details.
